Diploma Certificate for Diploma in Human Resource Management with Psychology (DHRMP).

To meet the graduation requirement, students will need to achieve a total number of modular credits as stipulated in the graduation criteria of their diploma programme. Students should complete the diploma programme within three years of enrolment.

Entry Criteria

GCE O-Level
ELR2B2-C: 17

Nitec Minimum net GPA ≥ 3.5
Higher Nitec Minimum net GPA ≥ 2.0

GCE A-Level

  • Obtain an A-S grade for General Paper (English Medium),
  • Obtain an A-E grade for 3 other H2 subjects, AND
  • Must have taken GCE ‘A' Level examinations whilst studying in a Junior College / Millennia Institute in Singapore

Lecturer Bio

Beatrice graduated from the National University of Singapore with a degree in Arts. She went on to do a Masters in Business Administration with the University of Buffalo, State University of New York. She was invited to join the Beta Gamma Sigma honour society for academic excellence in the study of business for her MBA degree. Beatrice possesses a unique blend of experience in Marketing, Business Development, Human Resources, and Strategic Planning. She started her career in the public sector in the field of HR management and subsequently Learning and Development. She then joined the private sector company as a manager responsible for regional business development in Asia, developing new product (training solutions), relationship management with key stakeholders, marketing, and brand development for a range of executive education as well as academic programmes. She has more than eight years of experience in developing and marketing academic and executive education programmes.

Beatrice has more than 10 years of experience in the HRM and HRD fields, ranging from recruitment, career development, succession management, managing HRD functions to facilitating training programmes.Beatrice is certified to deliver and administer MBTI, Extended DISC and ORA Personality Profiler, and is currently undergoing the process of being certified as a Buzan Licensed Instructor. She is fascinated by how the human brain acquires, assimilates, processes information, and how people learn, interact with others, as well as create meaning for their lives.
